Catherine is really professional. Discussing what areas I wanted her to focus on and understanding aspects of my lifestyle that cause stress on different parts of my back. The massage was really thorough as well as relaxing. I really found the calm environment of the Mind Body clinic to be conducive to a lovely experience.

I’ve had two deep tissue massage sessions with Catherine and a reflexology session and each one has been excellent. Her professionalism and the fact that she has a BSc in this area is really evident in her work. She has really helped with some of my problem areas. Her rates are also really good (the best I’ve seen in Cardiff) and her products are all high quality. I would definitely recommend her work.

5/ 5

Catherine is great, professional and extremely kind! I’ve been suffering with lower back/hip pain for a while, her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. She’s also a great listener and communicator, I think it’s great that she takes the time to sit with you and go through various techniques. I’ve visited twice, and have booked my third session - I can really see and feel the difference even after 2 sessions.
