This shop was absolutely perfect for me. I called before visiting (whilst lost at the Royal Pavillion) and was greeted/ spoken to as if I was a long time friend! Upon arriving, both of the ladies that served me were absolutely beautiful (customer service and energy 100%). I will be visiting again in 1 month and can’t wait - honestly very good experience.

A cute little shop in the shopping heart of Brighton, really wide range of crystals and jewelry most at fair prices. Majority of things well labelled and priced but some weren't which was quite annoying. During my visit the shop was full of really young girls who spent the majority of the time talking about if they had any money left and arguing with each other about whether or not you're allowed to touch the crystals (its clearly signposted to ask first) whilst standing directly in the way and a queue formed outside the shop. Examples of some prices are £8 for a medium chunk of rubellite, £3 for a medium rose quartz and £2-£5 for various tumbled stones. During my visit there was also a deal on all purple items which was great value.

The shop is called Crystal's but the pendant I bought is actually made of glass (according to the jeweller). I also found the assistant pushy.

Extremely rude shop assistant. Today I walked in with my 3 year old child. I asked to be shown some bracelets on the window , when I asked to see the other row of bracelets The shop assistant(at least that is what she told me was her name) rolled her eyes !! I could not believe it. On top of that , my daughter said something, probably hey!! As she just started talking, the shop assistant told her “that’s not how you speak to people “ in a very annoyed and aggressive way . I am seriously concerned by the lack of customer service and the rudeness of this lady . I was going to buy three presents for friends and family, if course I left after telling her not to talk to my child in that way and will never go in there anymore.

Only crystal shop I've ever been in where the staff haven't followed me and my friend round because we are young so that's a positive already, great covid restrictions, great selection and very reasonable prices. A great range of products, we bought some small crystals but they also sell large crystals and jewellery/ornaments, would recommend, lovely staff
