This clinic has truly thought of everything. They have great service, clean facilities, music and video streaming apps on a convenient tablet inside the room, a variety of different light therapies inside the sauna room, a robe for you to mosey on to the showers to get clean after your sauna, clean bathrooms, tea and filtered water for after your session. So relaxing and rejuvenating!!

I cannot recommend Cryospa enough! Their facilities are amazing (the Normatec Compression boots are a MUST after a big leg session) and I always leave feeling so relaxed! I’ve been going to Cryospa since they opened and it is always a wonderful experience, the staff are always so welcoming and the owner is great; treats all his customers like they are family and has fantastic active listening skills.

Divine experience, the cryo was refreshing, infrared sauna challenging and then finally finishing off with the salt room which was the fastest and most relaxing 45 minutes of my life. I was a tiny bit skeptical going in but on departure I really understood and felt the benefits. I’ll definitely be scheduling another session ASAP!
