Unprofessional people don't know what are they saying. I wont suggest to anyone. They cancelled my friends tickets and not given any refund.

Big scam On web they gives you cheapest ever price and they will add 40% Staff is well trained for manipulation and gives impression they are naive

Not impressive

Dear Yusuf Once again our trip to Perth, Australia has come to an end and we are now back in the UK, hopefully looking forward to some of the warmer weather that we left behind in Oz. I would like to thank you so much for everything relating to our travel plans to and from Oz with the excellent Emirates airline. From chauffeur service pick ups at both ends, for flight times that suited us so well and for entry visas to Australia, everything that you organised went so well. So very well done to you and your team and once again I would thoroughly recommend Cruxton Travel to family and friends in the UK and Oz for the impeccable service you provided. I had booked my parent ticket from them, last march during covid airIndia cancelled the returned flights to the UK as India was in lockdown, air India changed the returned flight but kept cancelling the flights as both country was in lockdown . after many attempts to book flights I had to purchase another ticket to the get my parents back to the UK. so when I request for the refund I am been told that air India need to refund me, and when spoken to air India they told me the travel agent needs to refund the money, its been over a year I still haven't got my refund, the amount of time I have sent emails to Ali in the accounts and Kanji ,both of them are not helping they are just making excuses via emails, but no one calls me. they are not professional have a poor customer service, asking me to repeat my self on every email chain ,when I called the customer service number, I had to go through all these prompts that got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my refund.

I would highly recommend Cruxton Travel and have booked my tickets several times with them. I had to travel abroad during the pandemic and found it extremely comforting to be able to contact them easily throughout, especially given the ever changing UK rules and panic. Thank you Cruxton Travel!

Our flight tickets were booked through Cruxton Travel , Harrow, UK and due to the Covid 19 pandemic they were cancelled. The team were extremely helpful and supportive in dealing with refund and it was done with no hassle. All our money was safely refunded within a very short period of time. The service we received from Cruxton Travels was amazing and the team was very professional in dealing with my refund. I will confidently book my flights with the company again.

My wife & I were due to travel to Tanzania in April 2020 however due to the global pandemic our trip had to be cancelled. I contacted Cruxton back in October to get help with booking my flights home to Australia. I spoke with Shafiq who was extremely helpful throughout the process and provided me with a range of different options to get me home. Shafiq was kind and patient, and answered all of my questions, giving me peace of mind that my travel plans were sorted. It wasn't until late November that we started running into issues with Australian flights being cancelled, and even when this happened multiple times Shafiq stuck with me and managed to re-book my flights in time to get me home for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I will be forever grateful for Shafiq's persistence and patience, taking multiple calls from me everyday and making me a priority.
