Like others have said, this post office refuses to accept even a small amount of pre-paid Royal Mail

1/ 5

Like others have said, this post office refuses to accept even a small amount of pre-paid Royal Mail parcels because I am not a "paying customer". They told me I need to go to another location across the city. So just to be clear, they didn't refuse to scan my parcels, the told me I am not allowed to drop off my parcels there at all. I will be sure to submit a complaint on Royal Mail, Post Office Counters, Resolver AND the ombudsman. Being refused a service for something I have paid for is unacceptable and I will not let this incompetence slide.

Desparate to send post by recorded delivery, checked to see if they're open on Saturday, it says its open till 5:30 got here well before half 5 to find it's closed. Frustrating. I don't even live in this area. Requesting for you to change the time so that it doesn't mislead and inconvenience people.
