Fantastic experience from arrival to departure. Cheerful welcome at reception plus assistance with getting the discounted parking rate. Clean, modern room with comfy bed. Had an evening meal in the Glasshouse restaurant which was excellent and the staff were exemplary (particularly the young man who had the Xmas jumper with bells on đź‘Ť). Breakfast was superb too. Lots of choice to suit everyone. Location of the hotel is a big plus with the car park over the road and just a 10 minute walk to the AO Arena and city centre. We will definitely use the Crown Plaza again.

I had a good time staying at Crown Plaza, but there are tiny things that I didn't like. Let's start with the things that I liked. I liked the room (two twin queen size beds), the cleanliness, the breakfast, the friendly staff, and the location of course (4-5 min to the nearest mall - city center) One of the things that I didn't like is that there were no slippers (the white ones). Also, the safe wasn't working (I didn't bother calling the front desk). In addition, the 2 nights I spent cost 550 pounds, which I think is really overpriced, but for me, I didn't have any other choice. Finally, there was no housekeeping service, but to be fair, this is because of COVID-19. Overall, I really recommend staying at Crown Plaza, but only if the price was reasonable, as there are other cheaper hotels with a similar service.

Fantastic service from Julie. I can say hands down I haven’t received better service then this from any hotel I have been to. My reservation got messed up and we was hanging around at 6am in the morning after such a long day Julie made sure we had a room where we can get our head down for a few hours. Highly recommended I will definitely be coming back.

I booked a main course meal for two, with a glass of wine each, on Groupon and was pleased with the standard. The service was lovely, the staff were attentive, seeing us to a comfortable booth. Our meal was delicious, a good range on the menu. My husband had the wine, as I was driving. All in all, a pleasurable experience in attractive surroundings. A short walk from the arena and Victoria Station.

I booked afternoon tea for my daughters birthday and was looking forward to showing her how lovely it is as I have been twice before this year and loved it , however this time unfortunately it was at best poor the sandwiches had been made sometime and were dry the food that is usually hot wasn't over all disappointed I won't be going again. The young lady serving was lovely.
