Crowne Plaza London – Ealing london

Very professional and friendly staff in reception. Room service is excellent and professional. Restaurant has a variety of options available (I enjoyed my breakfast at there restaurant every morning). Restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location in front of Hanger Lane Station of Central line. Very quiet place to stay. (Note: if you are coming from Heathrow Airport you will should change from Piccadilly Line to central, or use Piccadilly Line to Park Royal station and talk a bus).. In general the place is excellent but I did not noticed a near-by sightseeing.

Nice hotel with great location. Near to Hanger Lane Tube station, only minutes walk away. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Bar offers Starbucks.

The Crowne Plaza looked quite nice and not a bad place to hold a function. It's on two separate railway lines with Hanger Lane and Park Royal in close proximity. The basement looked good with great lighting and decor and would be quite OK if you were staying there. Unfortunately I was only in attendance for a speed awareness course so merely sampled the Starbucks coffee at break time. Colleagues of mine have stayed there in the past and say it's been fine.....for work.

A nice hotel in a great location. With the tube station 2 minutes from the front door, central London is very easy to get to

I was charged £3:75 for a cup of hot water and an English breakfast tea bag!!! I had my own "keep cup" so I didn't even cause any washing up!! I was on a course in one of the conference rooms. Normally teas and coffees are provided on such things but we had to go to the Starbucks in the restaurant area. People behind me in the queue were talking so I didn't hear how much I was being charged and didn't realise until I looked at my receipt when I was back in the room. Absolutely gobsmacked!!!

Excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, with a range of choice to hot food or cold. Great location for tube station transport, as it right next to Hanger Lane Tube Station. Car park had a relative amount of space with a gated barrier and CCTV. I will definitely be staying again.

Clean place to stay the breakfast was pretty good especially the coffee. The waitresses was very attentive checking if we needed more coffee and tea. I am impressed

Booked suite here, we liked a much. The size of the suite is above average compared to others in London, very roomy for a family with kids. It dosnt have the best location tho but it’s ok if you want to be close to the airport. The downside for this hotel is the back entrance which it has no accessibility, so you have to carry your heavy luggage via short stairs

A business trip took longer than expected and I ended up booking a room at this hotel. Although I've arrived very late the staff were extremely helpful and made the process as seamless as possible. Good sized and clean rooms.

Friendly staff, great breakfasts, I stayed here with my family whilst I was working in White City. They took the tube into central London which was very easy. They loved the convenience and also the snacks that are laid out on a Friday night.
