What an incredible experience that I will surely recommend to everyone. Sarah was the delightful young lady who looked after me today and she was amazing. I walked out out feeling relaxed and calm. Fantastic day.

I loved every minute of the Celebration package. Try and get there an hour before your booked appointment so that you can relax in the spa and the waterfall shower - it’s the relaxation before the relaxing 3 hour massage and facial… just perfect ! Again, as with everything else at Crown Towers, the customer service was exemplary!

I visited with my daughter for a joint birthday celebration. The whole experience was first class, from our greeting on arrival, our lovely relaxation massage and our post-massage chill-out time in the calming lounge, with a glass of champagne 🍾 🥂 A totally blissful experience.

Terrible communication, cancelled my 3 hour appointment on my arrival (apparently due to COVID staffing issues) even though staying in house and visiting from interstate so impossible to reschedule. No message sent to me to cancel and even received a confirmation text yesterday! Staff were rude and defensive, tried to make me feel as though it was my fault for their lack of follow-up and attention to detail. Exceptionally poor customer service and even worse welcome back for repeat guests.
