I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TRY THE REMEDIAL MASSAGE. The remedial massage I had highlighted a very low level of training. To the point where I wanted to walk out of the treatment but didn’t because I didn’t want to be rude. I believe the therapist did her best, but was clearly not qualified to the level that would warrant paying $200 for a 1hr remedial massage. It was below the standard of a Chinese massage in a shopping centre for $60. When I made mention to the front desk with feedback, they were apologetic, but did not have the authority to really do anything about it. So I ended up paying the $200 and will never go back. It is my hope that as a result of this review the managers put less effort into training the numerous staff what to say, and more into making sure they are delivering a quality service that warrants their prices. I also hope that no one experiences the same poor service that I did. That being said, the facilities were lovely.

I have been training with Sonia for about two weeks during my stay at Crown Towers. Considering my fitness goal, she suggested a tailored excercise plan which was quite effective. She did everything to ensure the plans are suitable and safe for me, which was my main priority. She is professional, knowledgeable, and indeed helpful. It’s so worthwhile to train with her when you are in the Crown hotel gym. I’ll certainly continue my training when I visit Melbourne next time and I strongly recommend her to all.

If I could give 0stars I would !! How can this place possibly be one of the best day spas in Melbourne? I had a treatment that was booked for a massage and facial that was supposed to promote sleep . It could not have been farther from the advertisement I have been in pain ever since receiving such treatment and when informing the staff that I wanted a refund they instead offered me more treatments !!! I am an ICU nurse and mother of two that needed some relaxation time instead I have been left unable to move for 3 days. No empathy from the staff but I was offered medical advice from the front receptionist! Do not waste your time or valuable money at this place.
