Review for a full set of acrylic nails done on the 16/04/2022. Negative experience. My review might get lost amongst all the other negative feedback. I’m sure if that hasn’t deterred you neither will this because we all need our nails done without an appointment some times. I have gotten my nails done at different places many times before and have a good idea of the process. On this day I asked for a full set of acrylic nails with a specific set in mind and the pictures speak for themselves. I also brought along my own stickers for a feature nail. I couldn’t have been better with communication, and I definitely am never nasty. Here’s a summary of things that went wrong; *Got burnt by a coarse nail drill on a nail that was missing so many layers after she’d just removed my old nail with the corner of another without soaking (the lady next to me got cut). * Nail shape continually not paid attention to, nail thickness needed correction and in the end I had to settle with both after communicating many times they just did not care to get it right. *One nails nail polish is completely lumpy (left thumb nail), I told her about that but she just painted over it and ignored me. Once she did that and cured it it looked okay, but once I was home and had settled it was terrible. *They were obviously talking about me in their language; I noticed one comment in particular because the lady doing my nails turned to talk to the other and then she gestured towards me using her eye contact whilst she was talking and laughing. *She wanted to charge me $5 per finger to stick on the stickers that I brought in !!! *Not one time did they ask if I was happy with the shape or anything the whole time. This cost me $70 and the end some fingers are just completely different sizes and shapes. I asked for short almond and I got long stilleto. The nails are way too wide and just look weird. I had been there a lot longer then they wanted because I wanted something a little bit different but definitely not hard and this time I made sure not to just accept whatever slap bang job they wanted to give on the day. I was actually really surprised by the attitude and work of the owner who is usually nice. I’ll be going to another nail place to get them fixed in a week when I’m sure they’ll look like they’ve grown out so much because these people didn’t even push the cuticles back ( It ensures you need to get your nails done sooner). I’ll give them a 2, and it’s a make sure you’re good at assertive communication. Don’t settle, it’s not as if getting your nails done there is cheap. Make sure they don’t rip off your nails, how is it okay for them to do that ?! If you’re looking for relaxation definitely do not go here!

Worst beauty place I have ever been to in my life. Workers are absolutely rude and disgusting towards their customers. Do not listen at all and blame customers for their wrong doings. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

Had a full set of nails I've been a nail tech for 30 yrs can't do mine now due to health issues. I had cut cuticles lumpy nails lumpy polish .I like my nails long and rounded I got short and square as I wasn't listened too. Very poor English. I also had a pedicure No spa turned on No foot massage now have to pay for my nails to be fixed Never again This shop needs to close down $120 wasted

Poor customer service. I saw examples of their slap-happy job and refusal to listen to Customers’ requests. My Pedicure was ok but application of polish was substandard. The best part of the whole experience was the massage chair.

It was a great experience of having a pedicure in this place… I really love my eyebrows ( threading) done by Khush..😊
