The staff mainly the owner at this post office have serious behavior issues and needs to be sent on few customer service training courses, extremely rude and abrupt and will speak and communicate with no respect at all. I had to go in on few occasions and can’t ever remember seeing a smile on anyone’s face behind the counter. It is more like “what do you want” approach. I was disrespected and abused by the post master for questioning the over charge. Never knew that you can be called an “as***le for questioning. That was in presence of my staff member and other customers. He refused to give his name and when i stated that i will complain, his response was, i dont care. Under 2kg prepaid label was provided by amazon and this gentleman wanted me to pay him extra £8.86 which I found to be unfair. The same parcel was accepted at city center post office without a question and with a smile. I contacted post office complaints on 03457 740 740. They were very polite and understanding and have now lodged a complaint and requested that I email them the receipt of parcel showing accepted at other post office. That has now been done. I do not wish for anyone to go out of business but this gentleman is not doing himself any favors. If he is rude and abrupt with the customers then we can’t blame his staff for being non friendly. If you have had an unpleasant experience of any sort at this OR any post office, phone post office complaints at 03457 740 740, they are very understanding and pleasant people to deal with. I hope they can train this post office too.

Friendly helpful staff

Nice post office, great service and also great items to buy. It's pretty small and sometimes you might encounter with a queue but since staffs work quick you will be posting your parcel for a quite short time. I would recommend this place if you need anything to post. Have a nice day. Thanks.

I find the post office and the staff all helpful never had a bad experience very fast in service excellent customer care, this post office also has small bits and pieces for every day use and cheap you can browse the items whilst waiting in the queue and if you see anything you fancy just pick and hold in your hands whilst waiting and pay for it when you get serviced. Priced to suit your pocket.
