Seriously avoid this surgery, it's horrendous! Trying to make an appointment I made 20 calls before their system could even add to to the 15 plus callers already waiting only to be told the emergency appointment list was closed by the time I managed to get through. If you value your health avoid!

Amazing surgery. Every time I call the staff are helpful and efficient. Today I saw Hayley (I think) and she was the the kindest most professional person I have ever met in the nhs. The amount of apologies for a 5 minutes wait was impressive. Wonderful service every time.

I would recommend not being put off by stroppy reviews. People are quick to complain but not so quick to report on the good side. Yes you wait on phone hold for a while, but that is the NHS in general, you will never struggled to get an appointment here. All of my eConsults have been responded to thoroughly. The staff on reception are helpful. I don't have anything bad to say.

'Your call is important - Thankyou' Absolutely terrible! No appointments, E-consults lost, Contradictory advice from GPs and Locums, Broken phone system, Unhelpful; inadequately trained & rude staff, Not enough doctors or infrastructure to support the registered users. They'd rather spend £15k on a new front entrance than fix the detrimental issues at the core of this surgery. It's like battery farming for the sick.
