Lived here for 5 years, loved my static but the site is very poorly maintained and no facilities. If you complain you literally have a black mark against you. Very poorly run would advise to stay clear, health and safety of the residents and standards of the park very poor. Issues raised not only with office but also with tingdene swept under the carpet.
