My experience with them has been incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately they lost my duvet for which I pre-paid £19.50 for dry cleaning. However the most disappointing aspect was the unprofessional way in which this was dealt with by the staff and manager. I received no apology, and was told by staff they could ‘do nothing’, and I had to see the manager. Unfortunately after 5+ trips to the dry cleaners, at times when I was assured the manager would be there, he has conveniently not been there. I was also promised phone calls to resolve the issue which never materialised. I have been forced to contact the head office to resolve the issue. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid!!
