Best surgery I have ever been with. I can always get an appointment when needed and the Dr is brilliant.

i had a migrene that came with a stomach bug which happened to be on a day when i had exams. i've been calling 3 consecutive days in order to get an appointment, when I could finally get one i've been told that i need some sort of examination and then at the end of the day the doctor is not going to give me a sick note. i find it difficult to believe that they just simply don't want to give me a sick note as long as i was sick. Waiting 3 days for an appointment is also unbelievable. i now find myself in a very difficult situation as i will miss my exams because i trusted their service. they just don't care at all.

The best surgery I have been here since 2000 my GP Dr Sihdu has been marvelous brilliant always ready to help and I always had good results reception staff are always ready to help and always polite.

Been there many times, I find staff and doctors rude and quite mean to me a part from one nurse. Save your time and go somewhere else

Very kind staff and considerate, they get the prescriptions done promptly. Never had issues with them.

Impossible to get through to reception or book an appointment and my partner has been trying for two weeks. They don't even have a call queue, the line just hangs up and if you manage to get through they have no appointments left for the day. Interesting how they have a giant sign outside that says accepting new patients when they can't even see their current ones.

This team don't treat you like a human being at all, in and out hardly even look you in the eye or listen. As a first time mum I feel invisible and don't trust them with caring for my son or myself anymore so will be switching ASAP. Don't register here.

My first phone call appointment with this doctors and it was very disappointing. Patronising and completely rude Doctor who clearly doesn’t show any compassion or time for his patients. Not someone I want caring for my families health

dr Sidu is great however, the receptionists really let the practise down the practise Manager is rude, lies and when i tried to talk to her about the poor service and time lag for process a form she tuted and hung up the phoneand spoke to me like i was the one in the wrong. I've chase the form for everyday for the last 3 week

Smells pretty bad... Haven't used their services but my eyes started watering going near the building. Hear they're very rude too. Rude and smelly, don't recommend.
