Three meals were ordered, the first one arrived at least 10 minutes before the others, then the second one arrived and the third one 5 minutes after! The stairs leading to the toilets are dirty, clearly not been thoroughly cleaned for a while and in the Ladies toilets the mirrors are round, Port hole in shape but bezeled so you can't see to touch up your make up!

Hi. I'm new to the area (Sunningwell) and have been seaching high and low for a nail bar that does acrylics. I stumbled across Creations and had my first appt this morning with Sarah and I have to say it was a great experience and I love my new nails. Will definitely be a regular customer there - I hope I feel the same when I try them for my hair. Sarah is friendly, welcoming and makes you feel at ease (she even made me a coffee). The beauty area is extremely clean and tidy and Sarah is efficient and thorough. Thank you.

Elisa fixed my badly cut fringe and was very helpful. She listened to all of my instructions, stopped to check. I was so happy with how she cut my fringe that I went to creations to get 7 inches of hair cut off. Again, a wonderful job. Can't recommend this place enough!
