I really love the sticky toffee pudding with the coconut ice cream. The service was great. Can get a bit busy. But highly recommend

Staff: Feel as though they are doing you a favour. Do not take complaints as a form of feedback. Product: Overpriced and missing items that are supposed to be on the order. Definitely won't be returning, save yourself the hassle and expenditure.

We called before coming to see what time the last orders was the lovely lady said 10:30pm. As I got here at 10:24pm the lovely lady took my order but when I placed my order and took my seat she come to me and said there was know more crepes i was ok with it and the lady ordered we a waffle instead witch I was happy with but the let down is the car park but services was great.

So disappointing. Cold store where customers and staff can't be bothered to shut the door. The waffles were not crispy or freshly made. The crepes also seemed like just heated. But hey you get quick service. If no attention to quality of dessert To top it off why on earth cards aren't accepted is beyond me and inconvenient. Had to find a machine in the rain. Owner sort it out as clearly your manager couldn't care less about your investment.

Had a nice waffle with strawberry and chocolate. Would recommend!

Love Creams. This branch in Southall has very Friendly staff and good service. Can get very busy at times if you want seating. Good choice of desserts, waffles, crepes, cookie dough, ice cream, milk shakes and more. Check them out!

Ordered a lotus milkshake. They gave me a milkshake which tasted like plain vanilla and had no lotus flavor at all. I politely told them that the milkshake tasted like vanilla. I even offered for them to taste it because I did not want to seem like I'm a difficult customer. I think the owner was there and he tasted it and he said it tasted like vanilla too. He personally made me a new milkshake and honestly, it was one of the best lotus milkshakes I've ever had. They were so polite about everything. Excellent customer service. I would return again purely based off of how I was treated. We also ordered an oero waffle and it was amazing. Much better than ky local Creams branch. Definitely worth a visit.

I visited this place with our family having travelled from up north for a trip to London . We have visited once before , this time I found the service to be amazing , what really stood out was the manager/owner he went out of his way and couldn’t do enough for us . He was extremely pleasant with our young children and very accommodating to our requests. Due to the excellent service we will return ,

My experience over here so many time was really bad but this time I really want to give my review I order waffle with white chocolate and hazelnut which come totally wrong ice cream was also something else, card machine wasn’t working over there and this happening most of the time I don’t know why they prefer cash along with they give me wrong order when I went back to return the order and ask to correct my order they just pore white chocolate over the brown chocolate which was totally messy, customer service is really nil all the time, it’s a nice place visit but staff is totally inexperienced and don’t have customer skills to deal with. The staff don’t even deserve 1 star it should be -10 star.

My first negative review ever. 3 times i have ordered from this branch and everytime there has been an issue with the desserts. Luckily for me deliveroo refunded me the money each time. Not going to bother getting anything from here again
