1/ 5

I had acrylics done here, i sat down and the man that was doing my nails did not say hello or greet me but he grabbed my arm and swung it around palm side up which confused me. I have a tattoo on my forearm, he began by insulting the tattoo saying there was too much going on and it was poorly done he couldn’t make it out etc. I was a bit taken back and didn’t reply. He was extremely rough with my nails and threw my hands back at me to check if I liked the shape. I told him to go easy as he was going so fast and kept leaning back and rolling his eyes. I got worried at one stage he was going to clip my skin with the scissors he used, not normal nail clippers. Anyways, they switched me to a female to do the design on my nails and she continued by saying I had really dry skin. I said “you are all full of compliments” and the man who was now tending to the lady beside me was staring at me the entire time and the woman beside me even pointed out how big of an issue he appeared to have with me. I’m so insulted and I did give the manager a heads up on the aggressiveness of the man doing my nails. Because he hadn’t even greeted me and was being so rude and when I said to go easy he didn’t, he bent and held my hands really roughly which I didn’t appreciate. The manager seemed nice but I didn’t get to speak for long.
