good luck with getting an appointment here. First of all they never answer the phone. if they do, there are no appointments EVER. You have to call back at 2pm or the following day. Good luck with that. Then they introduce a new system where the receptionist is deciding whether you need to see a doctor! Talk about opening yourself up to a law suit! What if she mis-diagnoses you with her medical experience? The doctors here are no longer interested in patient care. It used to be a good practice but has been on a downward slide for years. Lazy staff with a high and mighty attitude do not help the situation. There are one or two receptionist who actually go above and beyond but thats it. Sethi is never there and forget about Zamani, totally useless. Maybe they need to stop lining their pockets and invest in more and better staff!

Phoned in the morning to book an appointment with a DOCTOR. Receptionist asked what is was for and and in her professional opnion deemed that the issue could be dealt by a nurse and booked with the latter without informing or clarifying that it was with a nurse and not a doctor. Awful experience for my nine year old to endure. The new Nurse in person requested the receptionist to make a referral appointment with the doctor as the issue required his attention. The receptionist Beeone refused and said i could try again tom. Awful behaviour and patronising attitude from the receptionist Beeone pls lets respect the rights of patients to decide whether they need a nurse or Doctor and leave medical opinions to trained healthcare professionals. Surgery needs to recruit more desk staff like Alison always polite and welcoming from the very beginning.

I recently visited my GP on the 09th January 2020 to request for some medicines. This GP Surgery is one of best Surgery having all good doctors and other staffs. I was unlucky that my appointment was cancelled with my regular Doctor Zamani and I couldn’t get an appointment with another lovely and caring Doctor Sethi. Unfortunately, I was seen by Doctor Shaleen Marwaha which was terrible. Rather than focusing on my problems he was wasting my time engaging on phone contacting in the hospital for my next appointment which I can do myself from home. I only had 10 minutes time which was wasted and he had no interests about my further blood tests or required medicines for my symptoms. The Doctor may have thought he has got more knowledge and experience in his profession but what’s the point if it is not used for the patients who are really seeking for the treatment. The patients have got too much hope with the doctors when they visit them. I was one of them too. It’s a shame! I would never ever go and see Dr Shaleen Marwaha in the future.

The only one I’ve met with so far who is absolutely nice and willing to help is one of the receptionists, whom I’ve met on the afternoon weekday shift. The other receptionists are nice. You have a Locum doctor taking a personal call in a 10min appointment. Wasting 4mins of MY time. When asking about the review of my blood test respond is (whilst laughing) “can’t say” The ‘nurse’ Doris McManus is extremely rude, no manners whatsoever. Walk into the room, not a welcoming feeling at all. Just sits and glares at her patients. Not impressed with her at all. She clearly has no patient care.Waste of NHS money.

I am patient of this clinic for last 12 years. Unfortunately in last few years-the service has gone so poor. And I would really like to alert management of the clinic about rude receptionists-specifically one older Indian lady who is acting like a doctor and her answers for everything are no..I do understand that the time is busy and hard but..we are human and deserve better treating. I can't understant-how it is possible that person like this could get a job at the Reception of the health clinic. Don't be surprised that the clinic has 2 stars rating. I have to say that only Mrs.Allison is really kind and professional staff.

I haven’t taken my vaccine and it was showing on the system it was taken however upon informing the GP they said it will be cleared and will take sometime after visiting the GP they said it was cleared on 24th November after 2 months now... I am visiting the COVID vaccination site for my first dose and it’s the same the GP hasn’t cleared the data yet. My concern is that because of someone’s mistake I have to suffer ..
