Why the GP is not closed permanently? If you read reviews it is very clear that the NHS inspectors should close the GP and also a few gross misconducts should apply immediately. This is ridiculous such places provide health service for patients. For all what I have already read about this place, each affected person, should claim at least 100 000 pounds in cash. People who are doctors and nurses there should lose their licences also.

My wife has had terrible head pain for a 4 weeks. It’s getting to the point where she feel she can’t go on and I’m having to pay for a private GP or consultation for a second opinion because instead of improving its getting worse and no one seems to be listening.very unfortunate, she feels really let down.

There is only a handful of staff that are actually the saving grace of this Practice. It's overstretched and as a result the service is getting worse and worse. They need more GPs to cope with the ever growing population in this area and stop making people like me, who are well aware of their condition and that know when we need to see an actual doctor, jump through hoops. Also there phone line and service is atrocious first thing in the morning.

The online prescription requests don't work very often, so I'm forced to go weeks at a time with no way to get my meds, since they do not accept refills over the phone. The reception staff is fairly rude and has hung up on me multiple times.

Not happy with this medicle practice as before u could get an appointment to see gp but now they dont care poor service im thinking to change gp

So far I've really liked them. The nurse was very kind to me, we chatted and she was friendly. The receptionists on the phone are always sweet and in person the same. The doctor I've spoken to a few times on the phone as well and they were in formative and kind. So far good experiences :)

Attitude of receiption doesn't help patients. Receiption clearly drmonatrate they don't care people. From call out, getting back to us and picking medication Whole system is not suitable for working class people.

These people removed me from this surgery I had been at since birth. They are denying my right to be registered at another surgery on their behalf and even deny that it is my right to request they do this. Was told Head of Surgery would be in touch, it's been over 3 weeks now. I have raised a grievance through my MP and considering going to the press and suing. Extremely high turnover of doctors here too.

I've been waiting for a phone appoitment for 3 days ... It's ridiculous! Today I received information that I did not answer the call (I waited all the time on the phone and I do not have a missed call). I can call you tomorrow and arrange a new appoitment. Shocking!

The care is not very good, especially now that they are vaccinating, they only give the Moderna vaccine!
