Staff are amazing and seem to know the system inside and out. Went in because a class I needed was full, I thought I would need to transfer out but apparently there is a form you can fill out to register into a full class (right now the timetabling team is still trying to measure how many students need to be placed into the class so class size is still malleable).

Excellent university that is investing in Townsville, thankyou CQ! There is lots of space in the old Queens Hotel on the Strand, any chance of renting that out and offering a study centre or offices, any use really? I think it would be an amazing idea.

I've studied with JCU and now CQU as a Post Graduate student. I quite like how CQUniversity is setup and brings education to you! Now, it's possible for communities in and around Australia to receive a quality education at one of their campuses or study hubs. As I study via distance, I do not visit the local campus all that often, but from my interactions, they do work hard and offer assistance in answering your questions.
