We moved to Cox & Co Payroll based on a personal recommendation and have been using their services for a year. Nothing is too much trouble for Cox & Co, and we’ve been very impressed with the level of service and complete accuracy throughout. Steve Cox and his team are highly efficient and they are also happy for individual members of staff to contact them direct on any matters arising - eg current holiday entitlement. They are also extremely good value. To sum it up, in my view (and I am the one who has looked after the financial side of our business for the past 13 years) you couldn’t make a better choice. Terrible company dont do their job .. never return phone calls drop you in the mire with hmrc if you wish to be bankrupt get them to do your accounts would never recommend them

We have used Cox & Co for a number of years now. The thing I value the most is the feeling of being their only client. I know all the staff on first name terms and Steve knows our payroll processes. The introduction of their new portal has made things even more smoother. They are there if ever I have a query. I value a local business, rather than a faceless large corporation.
