I had a garage door under warranty which broke. I called the company, and they denied having fitted it. I assumed I must have the wrong company and paid for a repair elsewhere. I later found my old bank statement, and a text from the installer, showing that it was, in fact, this company who installed the door. I have contacted them multiple times through multiple routes with this evidence, but have been ignored.
