Bought a beautiful corner suite from them. Great staff and delivered on the date that was given. I have had my suite about 5 years and it has kept its shape, still looks like new. Would buy from cousins again

Visited for the 'sale' knocked 10 or 20% off most things as a big clearance sale is silly!! I've told more people how bad it was than good, if anything it proved that anything in there is overpriced! Better quality and cheaper priced elsewhere!

Best quality and great service! Five years ago my wife and I were looking for a unique a Chesterfield design for our living room. Cousins Bespoke built our sofa just how we wanted - the size, height, down to small details. It's been 5 years and it still looks brand new. We're very satisfied with Cousins staff and service. I highly recommend them and I have sent my family and friends here.

WHY HAS NO ONE REPLIED???? Had suite delivered 3 weeks ago looked lovely, paid £2500.00 I'd explained that I only sit in one place, the salesman said that wouldn't be a problem at all. After first night it had gone very baggy and creased. Called in shop and an engineer came. He explained that it had a soft topper over the foam and that was the reason. Wouldn't have bought it if the salesman had told us that. He also said he wouldn't have expected it to be so bad after a week!! No one phoned so I phoned 3 times only to be told that he had reported no fault. In my mind No Fault doesn't mean it's 'fit for purpose' The cushion is already half inch shorter than the other one and the fancy stitching no longer lines up. Dread to think what it will be like in 6 months time!! Also failed to tell us that the suite we really wanted that was too big could have been ordered in the size we wanted. Very very disappointed with the advice we got and the after care. I understand you are closing down but it still cost a lot of money. Everyone that has seen it agrees with us that it looks like we've had it for months!!!

Decent store with good products, but an awful returns policy - you're only allowed to exchange, even within a couple of days of ordering (and even that needs director sign off). You're in the same position even if the item you've had delivered and assembled is faulty - not sure if that changes if you really kick up a fuss. My brother purchased a table and chairs with a sideboard for nearly £3k but it arrived faulty - you couldn't extend the table and that was noticed by the guys who delivered and "fitted". After several weeks of going backwards and forward, he's been offered an exchange with any money left over offered as a credit note. The store in Manchester is closing soon. Most of the really good bargains have already been snapped up but it might still be worth a trip if you need something in particular
