Great service from Janette, went in not really knowing what i wanted apart from tiles, she gave me some great tips on what to use.

Rang today and spoke to Peter - owner: answered with no problem to everything I asked - I wanted to create a victorian path up to my front door: 'no problem'; I need advice on how many tiles across: 'no problem' and want to create a tiled 'rug' for just inside the doorway: 'no problem. I want the order by tomorrow - 'no problem; come in before 12 today and we'll sort it. Now that's the kind of service only an independent will give you. Bloody marvellous. Worth every penny. Spent half an hour discussing project, tiles ordered, left with a huge smile on my face. Hassle free, easy, perfect service in every way. Congratulations to County Tile Warehouse. I've been here before about 8 years ago - nothing has changed - still the same wonderful team grafting to give the customer the best service. Love it!!

Spent thousands on tiles in this shop. Happen to have 4 boxes over so we thought we take them back to be told you can’t return them as they were a “special order” Give this a wide berth. All builders order too many. Its never perfect but, he never got told, it’s not wrote on the paperwork. So stuck with tiles we won’t use and if we sell them we lose a lot. Everything up to that point was great and I would have gone back again. I can’t stand companies that don’t tell you the important stuff and that’s important.

I have been completely ripped off by this place and their pricing. I purchased 20kg bags of tile adhesive at about £15 on one day and then I was charged nearly £25 for the same product just a few days later (I was in a rush at the end of a floor being laid). You can buy a similar product considerably cheaper elsewhere, lesson learned! Never going there again, Buyer beware...

Lovely tiles, a wide selection, but what really makes this place is the staff. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a rough idea what we wanted with a budget to work with and the lady listened to us and showed us everything within our range and even offered design tips and ideas ideas. Wonderful experience, don't go anywhere else
