County Oak Post Office brighton

No stars in my opinion, my daughter has just rushed from work to get there before closing time stated as 6pm, she arrived at 5.40pm to be told by the woman, "No I can't take your parcel, I've already logged out." Diabolical. Now my daughter is left with having to pay for equipment she'd been told she no longer needed for Uni but today was the last time to get it in the post to return. Thanks to someone deciding to leave work early you have cost my daughter £80!

I go out of my way to this post office. The owners are fantastic. Helpful, courteous, fast if there's queues, and have always allowed me a corner of the shop to complete any packaging or similar with patience. Carden Ave lucky to have them

I use this Post Office several times a week and have always had good service. The shop counter (not the post office counter) only takes cash though which is slightly annoying. You can withdraw cash from the cash machine inside to pay for shop items however, but i wish they accepted card payments as you dont always need to withdraw £10.

This is a great little convenience. They have a good selection of stationary and even boxes for postage. They are always on the phone whilst serving you but the job is always done quickly. The man who takes the money for sweets is really friendly and also quick to help.

The best post office I've ever used. I'm in most Mondays paying into my account and the couple who run it are awesome 👌

I don't recognize some of the negative reviews on here. This post office offers a polite and efficient service for my selling needs, with reasonable prices on their packaging supplies and free parking outside (so no hassles from enthusiastic traffic-wardens).

Zero stars. Appallingly rude and abusive "service". I noticed there was no screen and the man behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask so, as I am in poor health, I decided to wait outside the shop until I could get to the counter. I waited to hold the door for the elderly gentleman leaving and was then greeted with waving arms and a barrage of abuse "Today please!". He continued to be extremely rude to me while serving me and shouted abuse at my back as I left. I have never experienced the like. Absolutely disgusting!
