The guys at County Cars know Mazda Bongos very well, we have been using them for work on our van for a couple of years and they are very honest and helpful, and reliable, they provide clear information about what needs to be done and what it will cost and when it can be done... Its nice to know you are in good hands! Particularly when your vehicle is an import and not everybody knows everything they need to know... its great to have a bongo... and its good to have a good bongo mechanic on hand.... I recommend County Cars!!!

We are so pleased to have found County Cars and its owner Colin, nothing was too much trouble even went out of his way to give us a lift to the train station. First class all round and would certainly recommend to others

1/ 5

If there was an option to give this outfit less than one star, I would. After nearly a year of trying to get a recurrent problem with my campervan fixed, I finally gave up and went elsewhere when the owner, Colin, admitted that he didn't really know what was wrong with it and that a lot of it was down to, in his words, "guesswork". Luckily I found someone else who does actually specialise in Bongos, as Colin claims to do, who manage to 'guess' what was wrong with the vehicle in the space of half an hour and fixed both the main problem and a couple of other issues that Colin had never even mentioned. The van is now running perfectly, my sanity has returned and I think it's fair to say that County Cars is off the Christmas card list. Completely incompetent.

As a returning customer after 10 years to buy my second Mazda bongo I am still awaiting now in April

1/ 5

As a returning customer after 10 years to buy my second Mazda bongo I am still awaiting now in April 2021 after purchasing the Bongo in August 2020 reimbursement for my costs to get the air con working which the garage didn’t check. Also after having the bongo back for 5 weeks to fit an after market pop up roof ithe air con was still not sorted and the work on the pop up top was poor. Rusty metal filings all over the bongo rust breaking out all over the roof. Broken internal trim still waiting for a replacement in the post from County Cars of Sussex. Not an experience or a dealer that I will return to a third time.
