A highly professional and efficient, yet personal, conveyancing service. The online system is superb, all matters were dealt with very quickly, and all questions or uncertainties addressed without delay. I was fortunate to have a genuine cash buyer, and a very quick sale, and Countrywide Conveyancing made sure the whole process completed flawlessly. Highly recommended.

5/ 5

The service received from Countryside Conveyancing Services was exemplar and we could not recommend highly enough. The communication was superb and we felt that our team of Chris, Nathan and Steve had our very best interests at heart at all times. We felt that the team was pro-active (and not just reactive), they drove the process and they kept us informed from day one through to the end. Apart from the wonderful service, we found the team to be extremely personable, friendly and professional. A great experience!

I was selling a house in the UK from Florida via a power of attorney. The service via the online portal was excellent as was the e-mail responsiveness of my contact at the company. They handled the comparative complexity of the sale really well. Highly recommended conveyancing service.

First time we have sold a property. Countrywide, Manchester branch were superb. We had regular updates. We also had very quick responses to letters and phone calls. As this was the first time, our questions and all queries were dealt with professionally and with dignity, even ones that could be classed as foolish! Yes we would use them again. Yes we WILL recommend them to others. Very satisfied.

I'd highly suggest avoiding this firm. I instructed them based on the estate agents recommendation. After several weeks, I contacted them to find out what was going on as I hadn't heard anything. They said they hadn't received a draft contract yet. I call back less than a week later and get told by a bewildered man that my case had been closed. Apparently, they were always planning on outsourcing the case but when they tried, none of their usual firms were available. So, they closed the case. No phone call, no email, nothing to tell me what was going to happen with the £400 I'd paid upfront for searches. There was no sign on Conveyancing Connect (the online tracking system they use) that they were closing my case. I've now received my refund, and according to the date on my bank account, they sent it the day I rang them to find out what was going on. So clearly their way of telling you they aren't proceeding with your case is just to silently refund your money. On the bright side, the client care team were friendly and helpful, and very sympathetic. Just seems the conveyancing side are awful and won't reach out to keep you informed, unless it's a tick box on the online tracker.

Dale and Amy deserve +15’s. They were absolutely amazing. I am a US citizen purchasing a vacation house in England so I required a lot of hand holding and guidance for this purchase. Dale went over and beyond helping me with a calm professional demeanor. He was flexible to talk to me with our different time zone issues. All in all, a very easy transaction. I was extremely pleased and highly complimentary to both Dale and Amy for their support. Respectfully, Jean

Totally professional from start to finish. In fact my estate agent said she wished the other solicitors in the chain were as on the ball as mine were. I always had a weekly call with an update on the situation, which was always appreciated. With the use of the customer portal I could keep abreast of all the documentation. Through it all Countrywide continued to be available if I had any questions. I had no hesitation using them again.

Great customer service, moving house is always stressful, let alone during a pandemic, but the team have taking away a lot of the stress. They have been thorough, efficient and professional whilst keeping me updated throughout. Their app is great, allowing easy access to vital documents and a two way communication tool where needed. Thank you so much, it truly had been a pleasure.
