Awesome service and prices wont go anywhere else

They made me a new gate to the exact size I want. Made of strong tongue and groove, very good quality product. The man who took the order was efficient and happy to come to my van to see the old gate i had brought along to recreate. Reasonably polite in my opinion, I'll be using them again for the rest of my project

The staff were rude and lied about other options being cheaper. They also laughed when my wife didn't know the difference between the different lengths of wood. Didn't seem to want to help us and made is carry large amounts without helping. Extremely poor customer service !

Great products and very friendly team

Supplying good products is one thing, but I think that you can tell more about a business by how they deal with a problem. The shed was so much better built than those we saw at DIY chains but water was getting in somehow. They came back to the site and applied sealant but it did not help. Back they came, without any hesitation. This time, they jacked up the shed onto rollers so they could get at all sides. They applied a second layer of roofing and left the shed on bearers as water seemed to splashing up from the pavings. Result was a completely dry shed.

My mother in law bought a garden shed from these people. They were excellent in every respect from taking the order to delivering and errecting the shed. Nice cafe and gift shop on site as well.
