Usually I have no issues with Country Nails! However yesterday I went to the Port Central store and I was utterly disappointed. The lady kept burning my fingers with the filer and twisting my hand in an uncomfortable way. Not only that, but my nails were cut wayyy to short and not the shape I asked for! I asked them if I could get a refund or get them redone and they booked me an appointment for the next day. After waiting 30 minutes for the appointment the next day I was told I was not allowed a refund as I received exactly what I asked for and I was only offered $15 off to get them completely redone!! Definitely not going back now!!

I am very disappointed in my nails, the lady the did mine was very rough and only did 1 layer of nail polish, I do not recommend coming here. They did not put the acrylic properly on my nails and made it look very thick.

Rough service, rude and no attention to detail, didn’t even ask what shape I would like. The quickest foot massage ever. Will never be going here again. Do not go to this business!
