A sweet little hotel perfect for a city break in Bath. We were greeted by friendly staff who have been so lovely and helpful the whole time. The restaurant serves delicious food in a gorgeous setting as we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there. Our room was comfortable and stylish whilst the whole decor of the hotel is beautiful with a pleasant countryside vibe. Situated very close to the centre of town! Couldn’t recommend more and we will be staying again!

Pleasantly suprised by this hotel as have passed many times but not stayed. This was a last minute booking so limited availability and only one of the smaller rooms. Still a lovely room only let down by a leaking shower screen. The common parts to the hotel are very nice including the terrace. Lots of parking around the area and within the car parks and town only a short bit hilly walk away.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The view over Bath was fantastic and the bar at the hotel was surprisingly good... would definitely come back! Bit of a trek up hill to get there, but worth it

First of all, they gave me a wrong room so I had to wait for half an hour for the staff to get my room ready. The room and facilities are nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.

Staff very professional provided excellent service in general, but overall I felt very expensive facility, not sure if anyone would consider it value for money. Mattress quite worn out and dipped in numerous places, room clean but very small for a double. Lost bathroom light on second night, very mysterious must have been a fuse elsewhere as maintenance was able to get it working asap as I was checking out. Location absolutely beautiful but not easily accessible from the central attractions. Still ideal for hill walkers who can take in the beautiful old architecture.

I booked this hotel for a romantic weekend with my partner. The walk up to the hotel can be difficult if you don't like a steep climb so I recommend driving. But the staff here were all lovely and very welcoming, the room was beautiful and very clean and the food for breakfast was simply great. I would recommend sitting in the hotel garden on a nice day. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Bath.
