We had a really nice time here. Firstly staff were great, friendly and helpful. Family room was a good size, clean and well located next to the spa. Dinner was very good, we had Sunday roasts, cauliflower steak and fish and chips, all were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, it was not crowded at all and choice was superb. Used the gym which had a range of usual gym equipment, all clean and working from what I could see. Pool , sauna and steam room were great. Minimum age 8 for some of those as you would expect. Recommend. Thanks to the fantastic staff there.

We had a really lovely weekend at Cottons Hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are always very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are always clean with the signature rooms having a lot of extra space. We ate in the restaurant and the food is of a high quality and very good value.

A great stay for the family. I have a 4 year old, and the hotel made such an effort with treats in the room including a cookie with his name on and special robe and slippers we're just too cute. It was a fantastic nights stay to finish off our holiday.

We have stayed with The Cottons on more than one occasion and have never left a review due to the fact we have been so busy in our personal lives so I am finding the time to do so while I am chilled out in the bedroom of the hotel now before I go home. Reception was polite and professional. Swimming was great for my 4 and 5 year old who loved it, apart from myself who couldn't rest (naturally) The dinner service was top notch and the man who was on reception who had arranged for house keeping to bring treats to the room was brill. Thanks. Also to Mark who went above and beyond for room service. Thankyou again . I'll always come back to the Cottons for its Laid back hard working staff and the memories my kids get every time
