Avoid. Their customer service is really bad. As a resident of Norwood Green, I’ve been in about 3 times and been served by different people each time.. all rude. You need to get rid of the typical Desi mindset because myself & many other residents choose to go to Tesco norwood green instead of this place because we simply don’t tolerate bad manners :) Tesco is always SO busy & NICE so would recommend them instead of this costcutter. The last time I went in was to use the post office facilities & the man was so rude I said to myself i’m never coming back here again. My entire family has stopped going to costcutter also. Old owners were much better

Poor service and I have no idea why Royal Mail gave them permission to have a Post Office counter! Obese Sikh guy swears loudly in front of children. They need to be sent on a customer service course. Their booze doesn't seem right either! POOR!

Really bad service. Staff rude and have no respect. Staff Said we will not sell me a chewing pack because u dont have correct change and u only come once in while. I thought fair enough. They have new post office counter so thought i should by stamps and i will have enough change. This time in his arrogant voice he said the lady serving at po counter is having something to eat and come later. This is While he was busy chatting to some one re building materials. Maybe he was having a bad day. But dont need to be rude and disrespectful.

I frequently visit this shop and have been for over 13 years. They are a friendly bunch of people once you get to know them and realise they are only trying to get you in and get you out so you can get on with the more important things in your life. The way I approach is to greet everyone myself and then if they wish to greet back then great if not then its still cool as that's not why I'm there. Its a cornershop for Heavens sake not Harrods!!
