As always, it's all about the coffee. It's my favourite on the high street. Their treats and nibbles as tasty and a good selection is always available. Easy access disabled toilets available and the whole place is wheelchair friendly.

Some of the female staff in this shop have an appalling demeanor which reflects badly on the city especially if it was your first visit to Glasgow. Their oppressive attitude is a disgrace to coffee culture. If I was manager of this store I would sack them on the spot and give more pleasant people a chance of employment. The vulgarity on display perpetuates Glasgow's bottom reputation. Don't even drink there for free. The Costa on George Square, despite being just alright, is a million times better.
