Not the best I've been too. The coffee is nice and the servers are nice. However, on a busy Sunday lunch time, all the unoccupied tables are littered with trays of dirty cups, with nobody clearing them. The customers transferring trays from table to table just to find somewhere to sit; with one member of staff clearing the store room rather than the tables.... priorities need to be looked at here....

Have used this Costa quite a few times, this time staff were a bit abrupt. There was 45 minutes till close but cleaning and closing off lots of the seating areas took priority. Serving staff were not happy and welcoming as usual .☹

Nice bright, spacious cafe at the top of the Mall - two entrances in case the glass stairs inside the mall are too much for you! Overall friendly staff, not usually too busy and a good selection of drinks and cakes.

I really like this Costa. Fantastic location, great airy space and the coolest steps up to it from the mall. I really love walking up them on a sunny day with the rare blue sky on show through the glass roof. There are a lot of little nooks to curl up in and, if you're there when it's quiet, even a sofa. I always get served quickly and with a smile. The selection is a little limited though as it is small.

Great Costa shop, staff were very friendly. I bought a reusable cup in the morning, by the afternoon the bottom had come off it after one use. I returned it and was able to swap it out with ease. Cracking service 🤟🏻

WORST COSTA EVER!!! The cappuccino there was mixed with too much water thus I can’t even tell it’s a cappuccino. A staff gave me a spilled one without saying anything but only an indifferent glance. I can’t even tell whether they’re racists since they’re quite friendly to white people.

Place is a sham. Floors and walls bogin. Girl started at 11, rinsed her hands under the tap then wiped it dry on her arse before serving customers. Tables sticky and dirty. Place needs a proper clean. One of the dirtiest costas i have ever been in. Not just 1 days dirt, place looks like it hadn't been cleaned this month at all!
