Ok so I actually went in to use the toilet, my intention was to buy a Mocha afterwards, I was greeted with a keypad to which I needed a code for, so I asked the member of staff if I could use the toilet, first thing I was told was that it would say on the receipt, when I explained my situation I was given a for digit number out verbally, but I a not so friendly manner, I must admit this particular member of staff was not friendly at all, but the barrister herself helped me out
