Don't visit Costa as much but this was a rare occasion and I have to say they have the best Costa Staff I came across. Welcoming, friendly, liked my jokes and most importantly looked after an old man, by helping him to go to the toilets. Well done.

Normally, if I bothered to review a Costa, I would probably say "It's a Costa" and you pretty much know what to expect. Here it is about the staff, one lady in particular, who has the knack of being friendly and welcoming to everyone. It makes such a difference. On this visit I was genuinely moved by the way she looked after an elderly regular customer - with real humanity, warmth and kindness. I don't think I have ever left a coffee shop feeling so happy with the world.

Its alright staff are lovely, but theres this alarm that just kept going off very annoying.

I don't dine in much as I use to due to work and I just had my 2nd vaccination. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A regular latte and bacon bap which is always so good and reasonable for a fiver. I do witness they can get some very funny and demanding customers sometimes.

I love coffee in Costa and I like in Eascote but unfortunately I don't like 😞 people service in this area today Sunday I have been in with my 10 year old son and her name Dora she didn't ask that we like to eat here she jus pack takeaway 😢 and they served me coffee with cold milk 😢 very disappointed 👎👎👎👎

Great coffee. Staff work very hard to give a good service

I don't understand why people go here when there are much better independents on this high street.
