The staff are dismissive, I recently started coming and ordering cortados, I asked for the milk to be warm instead of the usual hot temperature , once I received a really hot cortado as the barista was too focused on chatting away. Another time I went in and I again asked for warm milk I received the milk basically cold I’m disappointed! The Costa at the end of the highstreet are much better and follow the simple instruction of warm milk with no issues.

The staff are great and the food and drink are at a very good standard. The only thing that lets the shop down are the large amount of smokers who sit by the front entrance. If you decide to sit inside the shop, you are likely to get choked up by the sheer amount of cigarette smoke. Not very nice when you're sitting inside the shop.
