Mid size Costa with good decor and a mixed seating arrangement. A good amount of natural light from the floor to ceiling front windows. Prompt service.

Cosy. Clean. Good location and view. Not noisy as much as others. Outside seating. Lots of electricity sockets for laptop holders. Easy to park in front of Double Tree hotel (2 time slots restricted). I like it.

Friendly and the best hot hot chocolate for £3.30 huge cup

Not been here before but just outside Ealing Common tube. Nice size with plenty of seating. As always mention with Costa tea and toast, seat, WiFi and power can't go wrong. Great service so well worth a visit

Lovely bright store. Looses a marks for the price hike and also assistant. She (don't know name) needs to learn to be more joyful rather than looking moody. A smile won't go a miss. Her colleague on the other hand. He was working very hard and always does everything and is very nice. He could teach her to be less of a mood. He could probably run the store without her.

Staff could be nicer & more smiley. The staff that use to be there were lovely

Great space, open available for sit-ins. Staff are not the happiest people you've met. But that's probably due to the 8.00 per hour rate and longer hours. There's one nice lady with glasses, which I gave an extra star for. I cannot give 4 to 5 stars due to the inconsistencies of calling out orders for some customers but not for others. I ended getting handed a lukewarm sandwich by another confused customer duing this pandemic. I recommend the Starbucks next door. A little better, although the space is larger and it's less clean there.

Tasty drink served safe and efficiently.
