Great place to go to coffee friendly helpful staff.

I met my cousin here from Australia. Haven't seen him for years.

They said the dishwasher is broken and have to serve in takeaway cups. staff were kind anyway. After 3 days they still serve in take away cups. Very bland latte! Won’t be back here.

Recently refurbished inside which is looking much nicer than before. Staff are attentive and friendly

I have just been in to Costa coffee on the Arndale Centre in Headingley. I was served by a male slim staff member with glasses , I asked for a extra hot hot chocolate with a flake. The young lady of colour made my drink and then said hot chocolate with marshmallows, I said it was with a flake and I asked if it was extra hot which she replied no. I did turn round to the male member of staff who took my money and said I did ask for a flake not marshmallows and I did ask for it extra hot which he did not reply to me and just looked at me as though i was invincible. The young lady said she would make me another one , I sat down and waited and then more and more customers came in and she just started making their drinks. I then went up to the counter and asked the male staff m m ember when my drink would be ready as I had waited over 5 mins . He then replied I am putting the milk away, i think they need to be more organised and serve the customers and make sure they have plenty of milk and do these jobs when the shop is quiet. This is not the first time I have been treated like this in headingley Costa, but I can 100% guarantee it will be the last. Just make sure you treat your customers like they deserve to be treated as at the end of the day it is them that pay your wages and keep you in a job

Cute and nice place to have a cup of coffee at especially when it’s sunny you can sit outside and enjoy the weather with an iced latte 🤤 Love it 😍
