Nice place to meet for coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good position in Westbury on trym village. With only a couple of seats out side but in this weather it's best indoors. They have only one loo for everyone but it's only a tiny shop. But still has room for some soft chairs as well as the usual table and chairs. Quite busy most of the time which is a good sign as people like it.

Well.. they have a screen between customers and staff due to the covid which I completely get but asking for your order you have to shout as the staff can't hear what you are saying .. this has been every time I've gone in there ... I always have a extra hot hot choc which ways seems cold by the time I get to the table I'm sitting at ...

I arrived here just as a lady was kicking off about an order being wrong, the staff handled it very graciously but she wasn't having any of it and left very grumpily. I just wanted to say to the trainees that were there DONT LISTEN TO HER, you were doing amazing and starting any new job is hard, mistakes are made. It's how you act afterwards that counts. Keep going guys!! Also my thanks to the manager who was keeping a level head and helping out all the trainees as best she could despite there being only one of her and several trainees. And at the end my coffe was perfect as always :-)
