Staff always always friendly, chatty and knowledgeable, very clean, bright and airy areas to sit, free newspapers to read whilst drinking your mocha or cappuccino. Love getting a large decaf tea to takeaway from this Costa - only a quid!!! Bargain!!!!

Asked for a Vanilla latte, the two lads that were there were more interested in making jokes got the order wrong and then told me I ordered the wrong thing... Been a Costa customer for many years. Worst experience of all of them. Go to the one in Nailsea Square much better
