Costa Coffee brighton

I have been here more times and was very happy about coming again, even for just a coffee by myself; the staff was always friendly, tried to satisfy the customers and upsell their product. More recently I have noticed there is new staff and their customer service level is dropping, which is a shame. I sincerely hope this is only temporary, and with time, the new staff will also provide great customer service, as I would like to give them a 5* classification. It's a place I recommend and will return.

A bit disappointed. Coffee was burned and the egg muffin quickly became dull and hard

Been to George Street branch for along time and it's our favourite Branch for customer service . The new refit is snazzy and it's spacious and comfortable seating . Love the chicken and Bacon cheese toastie and a Flat white coffee

Not bad as far as Costa goes (my personal favourite of the coffee chains) but Costa seem to be on a mission to make their chairs less comfortable. I guess that means that guests will leave sooner and make space for the next batch of customers, thus driving up revenue. I still love them, though.

Friendly staff, fast service, the coffee is standard chain store stuff nothing earth shattering but dramatically better than instant.

I’ve been to this Costa Coffee before in Hove and the seating area looks a lot smaller than the Brighton branches however during the weekdays it’s good to grab a quick bite especially if you’re on your break during your work shift even if it gets quieter than the weekends. Overall I would rate this branch 5 stars and a solid 8 out of 10. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
