After a week of business and the stress that life throws at you, an infrared sauna looking out into the trees is something my partner and I have been loving treating ourselves too. The calmest environment to step into and feel a sense of presence and quiet.. I couldn't recommend this space enough!! if you have been thinking about it but haven't pushed yourself to, you really should!! We are also yet to try the other services the guys offer. :)
