Poor service, arrived last Saturday for a car for my dad with the view to test drive and drive away after being told the vehicle had its full inspection during the week and was ready to go. The vehicle had an oil leak, the salesman agreed the leak would be looked at. Which was no problem with us. The garage had a whole week to put this right ready for us to collect the following weekend. We arrived today to collect and the oil leak hadn’t been fixed. We were told by the abrupt salesman to see the manager for a refund on our deposit, showing no care or bother for us. So after my dad had 2 visits from London on a train to buy this car and a cost of £200 in train tickets he’s now gone home on the train carless. The salesman was fully aware of the distance my dad was travelling so we had hoped that the issue would have been resolved, we trusted the salesman wouldn’t let dad travel all that way wasting his time. Disappointed as I work In the industry myself for dealing with a poor, over promising under delivering sales team in the first place, I would never treat my customers with the complete disregard we received today. My advice don’t waste your hard earned money here!
