Sat in tears here receptionist and receptionist Manager (Becky) told me to go to the walk in centre in MRI no doctors available to speak to on controlled meds after major surgery Disgusting attitude didn't even ask my name argued with me for 10 mins didnt even ask what was wrong? BIG FAIL

If you live in hulme area stay away from these two practice .rude staff and ignorant doctors are just part of it also to get discriminated every time that I ask for help they refer it back to my Asian heritage and not given me right medication. I have called the doctor to report that I had an accident in the bus , he did it see me and he consulted to me on the phone also he suggested that if I can jump on my foot there should be no issues.no checking up for internal bleeding or broken bones. And whenever I go to their practice the amount of medicine they give is so low that I need to go back to them again and for someone who is paying for her prescriptions it’s just too expensive. I hope they read my review and I wish either they close it down or just replaced the doctors as they are so ignorant and incompetent to do their job !!!

I have been trying to get a TB vaccination for years as it is required from my job so I booked an appointment with the receptionist. She had no clue what I was aking her, and after 3 times of putting me on hold and asking me the same thing again, she booked the appointment for me. When I got there the nurse told me Tubercolosis vaccinations dont get done in my area and there is no way to have it done which I already suspected. Wasted hours of my day

They provide a good service but they a little bit messy in terms of appointments.

I have been on hold for 2hours now and still no one has answered the phone. The service is sooo disappointing and the practice is going down hill this has been my childhood GP and it's such a shame seeing how the staff do not care about patients. They don't even listen and they are very rude, they gas light you and dismiss you. They have on so many occasions made mistakes and prevented access to care.

I have been attending CornBrook Medical Practice since I was a child, and they have always took care of me professionally and in good time.I have just received great support & care from Dr. John Littler, and despite the fact I have moved away from the area, I am sticking with CornBrook.

I can't for the life of me understand how these guys are still running a practise. Receptionist: rude, unhelpful, give out wrong information, don't look to resolve simple questions. Drs: the last appointment was the final straw, I asked for a blood test she said 'ok ill sort it' and hung up the phone. I called 2 days later and the receptionist said id have to book as there's no appointment under my name.

On the phone for just over half an hour, phone was eventually answered and immediately hung up. Called back and same thing happened. I understand working as a receptionist at a GP is difficult but I don't think repeatedly hanging up on patients because the phones are busy is the correct response.

I had a scan on a Friday at 12:15 and i get a call at 12:10 to cancel the appointment whilst I’m parking up outside. They then offer me an appointment the next day at 10:30 (Saturday). I turn up and the place is closed, I’ve been waiting outside for half an hour buzzing every buzzer around the door, ringing the gp but obviously not going through because they’re closed and calling the scan number twice and after being in a queue for 20 mins each time it says service unavailable. I don’t understand how someone can make this mistake I’m heavily pregnant and it’s an effort leaving the house for these things but I just want to find out if I’ve got bloody cancer or not
