Been a member for quite a while now. Love the classes and the gym has all the equipment I need. Sometimes parking can be a little tricky if there's racing on at the dog track but there's normally a space to be found somewhere (if not in the car park then there are often spaces on the road)

Used to love this gym and even though the £30 a month membership is expensive! Compared to other local gyms, I still stayed loyal, Even brought friends and relatives in for day sessions etc! However I paid my membership this month for November and when I went in there for the first time yesterday it was fine! but today I got pulled up and my membership taken away from me because I missed October’s payment! Bearing in mind I didn’t use the gym the whole of October because my mental health was suffering! And now when I’ve finally felt ready to get back in the gym (which helps me clear my head), I get told I can’t come in! Fair enough if that’s the rules but there’s no contract! Maybe if someone contacted me in October when the payment was missed I would have realised, Shouldn’t then take November’s payment and then take my membership away!!

I only use the squash courts, so cant comment on the gym. Courts are good and there is a thriving squash scene. The classes for fitness are busy, but it is mostly the squash 0layers that use the bar. It can be quiet even in the evenings.

Love all the classes. Helen, on Sunday, makes the session fun, and safe. Lucy's Zumba is full of enthusiasm, and you really know you've worked hard. Wouldn't miss Fran's Saturday class for anything. A good start to the week. Sharon gives a full on workout, interspersed with laughter
