Co parts had taken my car after it had been written off in an accident. I accepted thier offer of a cheque. They have my car. Going on three months now. I still have no cheque. Very difficult to get in contact with them. Automated service will tell you that you are second in line and then sorry we cant take your call. When you do call they will give you different versions of events in regards to your money Avoid at all cost.

Arrived at 1pm for 1 item pick up didn't get sorted until 7pm . Other people had been there from 10 am & were still waiting when we left . Total shambles . No facilities for customers . Take packed lunch & a blanket . Short staffed , lack of serviceable loading machines & staff cherry picking easy orders. Copart should be ashamed of this place .

My car was involved in a RTC on the day before Xmas Eve. 2019. My car was moved to Copart salvage yard, at first I thought it would be a Write off because of the damage repair costs totalling over £3000. After 2 weeks of being kept at the Copart Yard they finally moved it to a motorbody repair shop locally to me. I popped in on the off chance to look at Progress. And noticed that My car was in appalling Condition, Filthy Dirty. Scratched all over and Fork lift damage to the front they move the cars on site with Tractors with Forks on.. this is my pride and Joy and it has not in anyway been looked after. My MOT is due on in February aswell! I want something sorted Copart must take Responsibility for the damages on site that have occurred 2 parallel marks either site of front number. Done by the Forks.

Laid good amount of money out on cars. Dealt with ASM and other auctions for a while and been easy to pay and turn up. I turned up with out making an appointment. So half my fault. Traveled 3 hours in a fuel shortage. Would not let me collect at all and wouldn't help me at all. Come back unloaded. They didn't want to help at all. Stay away of you are not buying bulk of vehicles

This is the worst branch! They never describe knocking engines as Undiagnosed sound from engine bay in additional description! When you start arguing you get to the Courtney Rutter which is absolutely useless! I would recommend avoid this branch!

Their phone system will keep you in the vicious circle, so don’t waste your time ringing them. Even if you speak to somebody, they will direct you back into vicious circle and you my friend will be very frustrated.
