New Consulate's passport department is located on the ground floor. Enter on appointment only through security check. When you get your online booking which is no very easy due to booking limits, all paperwork and service is quick and simple in here. Consulate clerk was very helpful and kind.

waiting 15 min on the line to hear that their wasn't been able to take that call and call in another time. I did 36 times and who will pay the bill. Thanks for awesome help by not helping at all. But when I get there I've had awesome support from customer service and accomplished more then expected. Thank you.
