Came to sort my document legalisation out, which is the step prior to applying for a work visa. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly whilst also helping me out with any little problems I had. And even the people in the waiting room were extremely nice, a woman gave me a £1 as I didn’t have any money for the photocopier. I’ll definitely be coming back here to sort my visa out after picking up my documents. Great place to get the guidance and help on anything you need.

Hard to find as it is around the back, once I was there the staff was friendly. I didn’t need an appointment, collect a ticket and wait in line. Last time I was there I was in and out in under two minutes when collecting my paperwork.

For legalisation of documents I would suggest getting there by 9am, the queue is not big and there are fewer people and you will receive a number ticket. Make sure you already have photocopies of the documents you wish to legalise because they charge you 50 pence per document. The price indicated on the website is price for each document you wish to legalise. For example, £17 for regular service will be £17 multiplied by the number of documents you want to legalise. The process takes about 5-10 minutes. It is straight forward and the staff can be helpful.

An absolute disgrace. Can't even pick up the phone or reply to any emails. I'm going to be unable to board my flight because they have been unable to sign off my health declaration even though it was sent in days ago.
